Graphical Views Of The 2013 Ohio State Recruiting Class

Ohio State signed 24 players for its 2013 recruiting class.  While missing out on punter Johnny Townsend, who signed with Florida instead of Ohio State, the Buckeyes were able to fulfill a variety of needs, especially along the defensive line and at the wide receiver position.  In addition, three players were designated as athletes, meaning these players could be tried out at various positions.  These players are Gareon Conley, Darron Lee, and Dontre Wilson.

Below is a quick visual snapshot of the 24 players, displaying how many players were signed at specific positions.

While not signing all of the top players in the state of Ohio, Coach Urban Meyer and his staff did recruit and sign eleven players for the Buckeyes.  Below is a quick graphical reference to the various states representing the 2013 Ohio State recruiting class.

Lastly, I would encourage anyone who views this blog article to click on this link.  It will take you to a truly creative graphical view on www.elevenwarriors.com to show off how Coach Meyer and the coaching staff "planted the flag" in their quest to add talent to the Ohio State Buckeyes.
