I am going to make a stab at a mock draft, but my best guesses are going to be my first two picks. As for what the Browns will do under John Dorsey, I expect the Browns to move back up in the first round, by giving up several of their 2019 draft choices, and hopefully not any high 2020 draft choices. The name I have read online most frequently associated with Cleveland is Mississippi State DL Jeffery Simmons, a player who would probably not even play in 2019. Simmons' talent is worthy of a first round selection, but his off the field issues and ACL injury will push him down to a late first round pick, and this is the kind of player that John Dorsey might be willing to move up for into the first round. Another option could be Ohio State's Dre'Mont Jones in the 2nd round, if the Browns decide to stay put where they are currently slotted. I will not be surprised if Michigan's Rashan Gary (injury concerns) and LSU's Greedy Williams (poor tackling) fall out of the first round.
Where Dwayne Haskins lands is going to be interesting. Could go as high as 3rd, and could fall out of the top ten altogether.

From The Mind Of Minnich 2019 NFL First Round Mock Draft
- Arizona: Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma - I think this is a mistake, but Arizona seems to want to wed Murray with new coach Kliff Kingsbury's offense. If Arizona takes Bosa, it completely reshuffles the first part of the draft. SF would take QWilliams, and Oakland would take KMurray at 4.
- SF: Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State
- NY Jets: Ed Oliver, DL, Houston - Might be Kentucky OLB Josh Allen here. I am guessing the Jets are hoping/trying to move back to recoup a 2nd round pick. Rumors of a possible trade with Washington to get ahead of Oakland & take Dwayne Haskins are out there.
- Oakland: Quinnen Williams, DL, Alabama. Rumors of Oakland with a surprise pick like Dwayne Haskins here, or even Washington trading up to take Haskins ahead of the Giants.
- Tampa Bay: Devin White, LB, LSU. Another possible Washington trading partner for Dwayne Haskins.
- NY Giants: Josh Allen, OLB, Kentucky. Giants want a top pass rusher/defensive player in the top ten. Giants are going to bypass Dwayne Haskins at 6 and pick a QB at 17.
- Jacksonville: T.J. Hockensen, TE, Iowa
- Detroit: Montez Sweat, DE, Mississippi State
- Buffalo: Jonah Williams, OL, Alabama
- Denver: Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State. Michigan LB Devin Bush is a possibility here also.
- Cincinnati: Jawann Taylor, OT, Florida - Here is a possible landing spot for Dwayne Haskins, if the Giants pass on him at 6.
- Green Bay: Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State
- Miami: Clelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson. Another possible Haskins landing spot.
- Atlanta: Cody Ford, OL, Oklahoma
- Washington: Devin Bush, LB, Michigan - Another possible Haskins landing spot. It would not be a surprise if a trade with Arizona for Josh Rosen takes place.
- Carolina: Brian Burns, DE, Florida State
- NY Giants: Drew Lock, QB, Missouri - Giants roll the dice on a QB here, instead of at pick 6. Rumor has it that the Giants also like QB Daniel Jones of Duke.
- Minnesota: Garrett Bradbury, C, NC State
- Tennessee: Christian Wilkins, DL, Clemson
- Pittsburgh: Byron Murphy, CB, Washington
- Seattle: Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State (might be a trade with CLE here; Seattle could grab a DL later with their second first round pick)
- Baltimore: Erik McCoy, C, Texas A&M
- Houston: DeAndre Baker, CB, Georgia
- Oakland: Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama
- Philadelphia: Dexter Lawrence, DL, Clemson
- Indianapolis: Johnathan Abrams, S, Mississippi State
- Oakland: Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
- LA Chargers: Jerry Tillery, DL, Notre Dame
- Seattle: Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
- Green Bay: Irv Smith Jr, TE, Alabama
- LA Rams: Chris Lindstrom, OL, Boston College
- New England: Daniel Jones, QB, Duke - It would make so much sense for NE to take a QB at the end of the first round, with Tom Brady's age and the 5 yr deal that a 1st rd quarterback will cost a team.
